A grizzled veteran at six: my "grandson," Ian.
Last Friday we shot a Rascal Flatts video at the McPolin Farm in Park City. It was cold for a former Alaskan with blood that now resembles LA tap water, but beautiful. We got special permission to shoot on this historic site, first homesteaded in the late 1800’s.

Director Shaun Silva and his crew shot on the Red Camera. It’s been a while since I did a music video; I think it was Beck, at the Anvil Bar in Glendale. Is the Anvil still there? Please advise. Well, the genre’s come a long way. This one is going to look like a short film. Can’t wait to see it.

I’m under construction with the help of my pal Roberto Montesinos. I’ve vowed to catch up on technology in 2009, so check back here to see how I’m doing on the learning curve . It’s a monstrous task but, appearances to the contrary I’m remaining calm. In the future I’ll be posting news about how things are going in Show Bidness, as well as my adventures at Valley Crossfit and the Beverly Hills Playhouse. You can also check my fitness blog, where I hold forth in my other life as a personal trainer, aka The Human Animal.
